2020 is certainly a year like none of us have experienced before. During the shutdown, of course, you had a lot of time to spend at the piano, but the loss of communication and meeting lots of people made you feel lonely for the first time.
So I deliberately arranged this album to be a little quieter and more reflective. There are positive days, but there are also difficult days, and the music on this album is no different.
I had completed the work on my online piano school and my sheet music videos were an important part of this concept.
On YouTube, of course, these videos have a completely different effect, they not only provided support and control of the learning success, but many users started to play the piano after these videos. So after a short time I also started playing famous cover songs. And then, of course, I started writing my own pieces again. I had completely neglected this for years of studio and live work. This is actually how the video channel on YouTube came about.
What struck me right from the start was the lively communication between users about my music. This inspired me to continue composing my own tracks and to publish videos with the sheet music so that every user can play the pieces themselves.
For me, the last decade has been an up and down of good and difficult times. There were great personal losses as well as incredibly beautiful moments that we had here making music.

I have tried to keep all the songs playable but of course there are also parts that are a little more demanding.
I’ve made an effort again to arrange for the best possible piano sound, but the following still applies:
