As a composer, youare always on the lookout for the one song that really reaches everyone and the melody that is immortal. Not that I could achieve that, but it certainly exists in the piano field with the title River flows in you by the Korean pianist Yiruma.
But the track really has it and it’s also the only one I can listen to over and over again over the years.

Good to know is also somehow based on the River, starting with the key and the chords, but I didn’t consciously copy it from there.

I think I’ve succeeded in creating a great theme and the accompaniment is much more exciting. Here is the Easy Piano version in C major, which again has a straight quaver accompaniment.
