Moonlight Serenade is taken from the second movement of the world-famous Moonlight Sonata by Ludwig van Beethoven, a piece that has accompanied me since my earliest youth. I have deliberately changed the key so that it is also playable for beginners. The original is written in C sharp minor, i.e. with four sharps. I can’t forget this melody for the rest of my life. A piano piece that captures the magic and romance of a nocturnal serenade under the soft light of the moon. With delicate, softly played tones reminiscent of the clear, calm night sky. Moments of melancholy beauty, reminiscent of the solitude and at the same time the inspiring calm of a moonlit night. “Moonlight Serenade” is a soulful piece that touches the hearts of the listeners and takes them on a musical journey through the silence and beauty of the night.
